Welcome to Marhaba Elite Valet Parking (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our valet parking services, website, or booking platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Coverage
Marhaba Elite Valet Parking provides valet parking services across:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
- All major shopping malls, hotels, events, and private venues
Availability may vary based on booking confirmation and scheduling.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings must be submitted via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website.
- A booking is confirmed only after written approval from our team.
- Event bookings may require a deposit.
- Cancellation within 24 hours may result in charges.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The vehicle owner must:
- Declare any mechanical issues
- Remove valuables before handing over the vehicle
- Ensure the vehicle is legally registered and insured
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off instructions
We are not responsible for belongings left in the car.
5. Vehicle Handling & Liability
Our trained staff take every precaution when handling vehicles, however:
- Marhaba Elite Valet Parking is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
- We are not liable for mechanical failures, battery issues, or malfunctioning systems.
- We are not responsible for natural damages (rain, heat, sandstorm, etc.)
- Any claim must be submitted before leaving the venue.
CCTV or photos may be used to review claims.
6. Parking Locations
Your vehicle may be parked:
- In designated valet areas
- In nearby secure parking lots
- At locations approved by the event management or property owner
Parking location may vary depending on availability.
7. Loss or Damage Claims
- Any damage claim must be reported immediately before leaving the premises.
- Claims raised after departure will not be accepted.
- Investigation may take up to 48–72 hours.
8. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card
- Online invoice
Full payment is required at service completion unless otherwise agreed.
9. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to decline service for:
- Unsafe vehicles
- Unregistered vehicles
- Vehicles with leaking fluids
- Abusive or aggressive customers
10. Amendments
Marhaba Elite Valet Parking may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website.
